Support for extremely vulnerable persons

Information for those persons who have received a letter from the NHS stating they are a clinically extremely vulnerable person.

National help - GOV.UK

Register if you have a medical condition that makes you clinically extremely vulnerable to coronavirus. For example, you’ll be able to ask for help getting deliveries of essential supplies like food, if you do not have friends, family or a trusted support network in your community who can support you to get food and medicine.

If you’re not sure whether your medical condition makes you extremely vulnerable, register anyway.

This service is free. You can register yourself, or for someone else.

Register online or call the Government’s dedicated helpline on 0800 0288327
