Parking charges update
Car parking charges will apply in Wyre Forest District Council car parks from Monday 1 June.
From 1 June, please use the Just Park app or call the number provided on the car park's tariff board to pay for parking. You can also prebook online at www.justpark.com.
Key workers and on street parking
On duty NHS and social care staff will be able to continue to park for free if they display a pass that their employer provides for them.
The Hub is currently closed for face to face enquiries from the public.
The Hub is open for emergency housing homeless enquiries and pre-booked homeless appointments where necessary. We are offering appointments for financial and welfare issues.
Wyre Forest House closed to the public.
Our external meeting rooms can still be booked for work related meetings in accordance with Government guidelines and maximum numbers dictated by 2m social distancing. The room hirer must ensure their booking is managed within the current guidelines applicable to their booking and be responsible for managing the risks, taking account of the relevant Government guidance for their specific activity or sector. The Council will not be held responsible for any breaches. The cafe is closed. Further room hire details are available by contacting 01562 732101.
Please note there is no customer service team based at Wyre Forest House and people should not visit if they have general Hub enquiries.
Wyre Forest Cemetery and crematorium

Kidderminster cemetery is currently open as normal. Please observe social distancing at all times.
We’ve had to cancel all taxi licensing appointments until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We continue to provide pre-booked telephone appointments for the planning surgery.
Upcoming energy advice surgeries have been cancelled, however Act on Energy continue to operate as normal during this time and their freephone energy advice line remains open. You can view energy efficiency advice on our website.
