Sounds for  the Summer – Live music in the great outdoors for 2018

Summer Sunday afternoons will soon be a chance to relax and enjoy a selection of FREE live music concerts at 3 great local outdoor venues.

Our annual programme of Summer concerts are open to everyone and the beauty of the events is that you can just pop in for a while or make a whole afternoon of it & bring a picnic!  Visitors are invited to bring their own chair or blanket if they choose. 

Music in the Garden - Bewdley

Sunday 5 August - Berkeley Square

Sunday 12 August - Kim Lowings and The Greenwood

At Bewdley, QEII Jubilee Gardens visitors can enjoy great quality free Sunday afternoon concerts. Past concerts have included styles such as Irish, Choir, Brass and Jazz. All concerts take place between 2.00 pm & 4.00 pm.

There is no formal seating in the park but visitors are invited to bring their own chairs, visitors can also take in a visit to Bewdley Museum where admission is also FREE.

Bands in the Park - Kidderminster

Brinton Park, Sutton Road, Kidderminster

July & August - dates to be confirmed

A series of FREE Sunday afternoon concerts are held at Brinton Park, Kidderminster in July & August. All concerts are between 2.30 pm & 4.30 pm.

Styles of music range from brass bands to 60's cover bands.The park does not have formal seating but visitors are invited to bring their own seating.

Sunday 1 July - The Swinging Bass Band 

Sunday 8 July - Nothing to Prove (Folk Band) 

Sunday 15 July - Stourport Brass Band

A series of FREE Sunday afternoon concerts.

All concerts are between 2.30 pm & 4.30 pm.

Bring a deckchair and picnic!

Performances are subject to weather conditions. Acts may be subject to change.
