Thank you to the coaches from Kidderminster and Stourport Athletics Club for providing a fantastic introduction to running for over 20 participants. A lovely group has been formed and the coaches have really inspired a lot of them to continue with running as a long term hobby. The Couch to 5K programme is designed to get people who do little or no running, and build their confidence with the aim of running 5k or consistently for 30 minutes. I hope to see some of the group up at Wyre Forest parkrun soon. Well done everyone!
