Couch to 5k


This is a 9 week programme aimed at complete beginners to running. The coach from Kidderminster & Stourport Athletics Club will guide you through a programme that suits your needs and ability, in order to get you jogging or running for 30 minutes continuously. Some of you may reach the 5k goal also but there is no pressure as this is about building your confidence and fitness.
