Parks are currently working on the high street entrance in QEII gardens on removing existing unilog timber edging which had deteriorated, removing and transplanting some plants and reducing levels down to the existing grass areas, the area will be returned to grass for this year and be looked at in the autumn/winter period ‘19/’20 with a view to creating new herbaceous perennial planting along the boundary wall.
The works being carried out are expected to be completed by 22 February 2019
Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens is a small area of 8601 square metres located towards the centre of Bewdley.
The main entrance for these Gardens is off the High Street, they can also be accessed through Bewdley Museum and features beautiful ornamental gardens set within a conservation area. We welcome dogs on leads, and please make sure you bring along bags to clear up after your pet. For more information about dog controls in Wyre Forest district click here
Please note that this park is closed in the evening. Opening times are from 8.00am until dusk (April – September 8:30 pm, October – March 5:00 pm)
