Our recycling collections from Tuesday 12 to Friday 15 December have been disrupted due to the poor weather conditions.
Recycling bins which should have been collected on Tuesday 12 December will now be emptied on Monday 18 December. Please put your bin out before 6am on Monday 18 December.
If your recycling bin was not collected on Wednesday 13, Thursday 14 or Friday 15 December, please leave your bin out and it will be collected when it is safe for us to do so. It will be emptied by Friday 22 December. Please be patient and we thank you for your understanding.
We will collect any extra recycling if it is left in an untied bag. Free additional recycling bags are available at the following sites; Kidderminster Town Hall, Wyre Forest House, Bewdley Museum and Stourport Civic Centre.
We will be collecting black bins from Tuesday 19 to Friday 22 December. Please put out your black bin as usual for your normal collection day. There are no planned changes to collection arrangements in this week.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time.

For households with communal bin stores, bins will normally be collected from the stores provided they are open and not blocked by vehicles.
