Copies of all planning application plans and decision notices made from 2006 onwards are available online at zero cost. Search applications.
Older decision notices are available at a fee by contacting tsu@wyreforestdc.gov.uk

National Scheme of Delegation of Planning Functions Weekly List
Registering to speak
The National Scheme of Delegation of Planning Functions in England comes into force on 31 October 2026. This means that by registering to speak on applications that are to be determined on or after the 31 October 2026 will not automatically result in the application having to be referred to the planning committee for a resolution. Instead, we will make you aware if the application is to be referred to the planning committee and you will then be given the opportunity to speak. If you wish to register to speak on a Schedule 2 category application, please phone 01562 732928 or email CommitteeSection@wyreforestdc.gov.uk. Please note that all schedule 1 category applications will be delegated to the Planning Manager for a decision.
