A new weekly planning appointments system is being introduced at The Hub in Kidderminster from Tuesday 1 November.
People will be able to book 15 minute slots to discuss planning applications with a duty planning officer from Wyre Forest District Council between 10am and 12 noon each Tuesday.
The sessions are for residents to discuss regular planning applications. They are not aimed at agents or to discuss larger developments.
Wyre Forest District Council’s Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Regeneration Councillor Ian Hardiman said: “The booking system will be more convenient for members of the public and avoid unnecessary waiting times, it will also allow officers to be able to provide more information and advice on the day.”
Sessions can be booked on our website or by calling 01562 732928 or visit the Hub at Kidderminster Town Hall. Appointments will be held every 15 minutes from 10am with the last appointment being 11.45am.
If anyone requires longer than a 15 minute appointment please contact the Hub to discuss alternative options.
The new appointments system replaces the old “drop in” sessions.
