Local graphic design business, Tristan Palmer Studio has just moved into Anglo House in Stourport-on-Severn, having grown out of the SPACE building where it has operated for more than two years.

Joining the business in the bright new studio is Adam Collins who also ran his own web development business at SPACE. They were in neighbouring small studios and over time both businesses outgrew their workspaces at SPACE, which was launched by Wyre Forest District Council as a ‘business incubator’ for new and growing businesses, on the Hoo Farm Industrial Estate.Tristan Palmer

Owner, Tristan said:

“We are growing at steady pace and working with a great range of clients, both large and small, on a local, national and international basis. Our work, which includes branding, print design and bespoke responsive websites, now spans across a range of sectors including music, hospitality, healthcare, property, and retail.

“As we grow, we felt it was extremely important to have the right space conductive to creativity, attracting talent, and of course, to meet clients. By the middle of last year, it was clear that we needed a larger studio, so it was perfect timing for us when the new studio at Anglo House became available.

“As our client base, and the work we do grows, we are finding an increasingly large part of what we do is based around bespoke websites and online platforms, so it made perfect sense to share our space with Adam who already worked with us on some of our web based projects at SPACE. We are finding the new studio a great place to work and we’re thoroughly looking forward to expanding our client base with more local businesses in line with the move.

“SPACE was ideal for me as a start up business just over two years ago. At the time, I didn’t want to commit to long leases, so the flexible arrangements made perfect sense for me. From the start I really benefitted from growing the business alongside other business owners from different sectors, some of who have become clients and friends. It provided a great platform to establish my business, and begin developing a local and international client base.”

Wyre Forest District Council’s Cabinet Member for Planning & economic Regeneration Cllr John Campion said:

“Having launched the SPACE centre as a way of helping new and growing businesses, it’s great to see two local firms doing really well and expanding together. We wish them both every success and look forward to welcoming fledgling new businesses at SPACE.
