If you are developing new markets and new products and could do with extra funding support to get this moving, help may be at hand. Businesses in North Worcestershire have already received over £1 million of support via the Greenbridge Supply Chain programme. The closing date is soon, you have until Thursday 18 June to submit your online application.
The Greenbridge Supply Chain Programme provides grants of between £20,000 up to £500,000 for SMEs to develop new markets, new products, skills development and purchase of capital equipment.
The scheme is funded with £20 million from the Regional Growth Fund. Regional Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) are working together to deliver this important initiative, which covers Greater Birmingham and Solihull, Black Country, Coventry and Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent and The Marches.
Please note that applicants cannot pay for capital equipment through Hire Purchase or other asset based finance schemes.
Cllr John Campion, Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Regeneration at Wyre Forest District Council said:
“We hope local companies will look at this funding opportunity and consider if it supports their development plans. As this is a short lead time, don’t delay with your application if it is right for you.”
