Wyre Forest District Council will be hosting a ‘Real Nappy Picnic’ at St George’s Park Fun Day on Saturday 25 April.
Advisors from the Worcestershire Nappy Advisory Service will be on hand to answer any queries you may have from 12 noon – 4pm.
Parents will have the opportunity to find out more about using real nappies as part of Real Nappy Week 2015 (20 - 26 April).
A real nappy fashion show will take place at 2pm with demonstrations from real tot models.
This is a great opportunity to see how beneficial real nappies can be and view the different styles and brands available.
Joanne Ford, Waste Minimisation Officer for Wyre Forest District Council said:
“This event is really important to help raise awareness of real nappies and encourage their use. Parents can see how they look on real tots and get advice from the experts and parents who already use them. Using real nappies is environmentally friendly and can create significant savings.”
Anyone who would like their child to take part in the real nappy fashion show please call 01562 732528 or just turn up on the day at 1:30pm. For more information on real nappies, please visit www.letswasteless.com.
