A greSlimline At Home (16)en entrepreneur, who appeared on Dragons’ Den will be showcasing his invention at Kidderminster Town Hall on Saturday 24 January 2015.

Malcolm Victory, who appeared on the BBC programme, will be taking part in the Green Home Show.  The designer from Malvern will be showcasing his invention, ‘Rotaire Dryline’.  It is an ingenious waterproof cover for rotating washing lines and means you can still dry your washing outside on wet days.

Malcolm said:

“People all over the country, in Ireland and on the continent are waking up to the fact that you can dry your clothes outdoors in the rain using the Dryline. It does what it says: it keep the clothes dry. I look forward to seeing you at the excellent Green Home Show where you will learn how to live in tune with the planet and save money.”

There will be more than 20 companies taking part in the event which has been organised by Wyre Forest District Council. It will offer visitors the chance to get free energy saving advice and see the latest green gadgets. There are goodie bags for the first 100 visitors.

Councillor Anne Hingley, Wyre Forest District Council’s Cabinet Member for Health, Well-being and Housing said:

“It is fantastic to see local entrepreneurs offering their expertise and continuing to find ways to tackle climate change. 2015 is the year to start thinking green and this event is the perfect opportunity to make that change.”
