Join us for the North of Worcestershire District Councils online Landlord Meeting in partnership with the National Residents and Landlords Association (NRLA) on Thursday 12 October 2023, 1pm - 3pm.
This is an invitation for North Worcestershire Landlords and Letting Agents to join us for an online meeting to catch up on both national and local developments and initiatives impacting the Private Rental Sector. Participating Local Authorities are Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest District Councils.
Topics covered include;
- Best practice to avoid dampness, condensation and mould in rental properties - Richard Osborne, Principal Environmental Health Officer at Wyre Forest District Council and Don Robbie, NRLA Representative
- Cost of Living data in Worcestershire, local financial support and the latest local and national energy grant funding available to tenants and residents
- A look at the latest legislation updates for landlords and letting agents
There will also be a questions and answers sessions after each agenda item and then the opportunity to breakout into individual local authority meetings for presentations and discussions of specific local matters.
