Friends of the Earth Friends of the Earth will be promoting their air pollution, fracking, and protecting the bees campaigns. 
Green funerals

Green Funeral will be showcasing their family reusable coffin and also running a Death Cafe!

The Death Cafe is an opportunity for anyone to come along and discuss/ask questions about eco funerals, dying naturally, planning your own funeral, approaching death positively, in fact anything related to death. 
Worcestershire Wildlife Trust

Worcestershire Wildlife will be promoting the work of the county`s wild life trust, and particularly the nature reserves people can visit locally.

Volunteers will also promote the  monthly talks and walks. In addition there will be some activities for children.

Severn Trent Water

Severn Trent will be there to offer any help you may need with your water bill, including information about water efficiency, meters and the schemes & services available to help anyone who needs some extra support. 

Transition Kidderminster Transition Kidderminster have started up projects in areas of food, transport, energy, education, housing, waste, arts etc. as small-scale local responses to the global challenges of climate change, economic hardship and shrinking supplies of cheap energy. Together, these small-scale responses make up something much bigger, and help show the way forward for governments, business and the rest of us.
Wyre Forest District Council Rangers

Wyre Forest District Council Rangers will be promoting all the  reserves they manage and . promoting volunteer opportunites and also the young ranger groups. Come along to find out more!

Wyre Forest Vegans and Veggies

Wyre Forest Vegans (WFV) exists to promote the benefits of a vegan diet and to help people end their consumption of animal products and adopt a more humane diet and lifestyle.

They hold regular information stalls, cookery demonstrations, meals, talks and other educational and social events.

Kemp Hospice Kemp Hospice will be showcasing a range of upcycled clothes and furniture. 
Severn Waste

Severn Waste will be on hand to answer questions about materials that can be recycled at kerbside, what can be recycled at the Household Recycling Centres (HRC’s), and how EnviRecover produces energy from non-recyclable wastes etc.

Wyre Forest Repair cafe Team

Bring along broken, damaged or torn household or personal items for advice or repair. Run entirely by volunteers, anyone can pop in. Repairs are fre, but donations are encouraged to ensure trhe Repair Cafe can keep running in future. Example items that can be brought along include – electrical appliances, electronic gadgets, furniture, toys,  ceramics, jewellery, clothing and textiles, bicycles, clocks, garden equipment, tool sharpening and much more, 

The sewing repairer team are also running the below, free workshops:

  • Sew on a button
  • Turn up a hem
  • Mend a seam
  • Sew on a patch

Using bushcraft to engage, enrich and educate people in a natural environment. 

Green Vegan catering

Greens Vegan Catering have been given a Food Standards Agency – “Food Hygene Rating” of 5 or ‘Very Good’ which is the highest achievable.

Jude Green started Greens Vegan Catering after working many years in the public sector.
As a vegan herself she has on many occasions attended events and other gatherings only to find there was nothing for a vegan to eat apart from the ubiquitous baked potato and beans.
“I saw a need for well cooked and prepared vegan food that everyone could enjoy.  The sense of inclusiveness is carried through by also offering gluten free where possible”

Worcestershire Wildlife Trust
RSPB RSPB’s  current campaign is ‘Give Nature a Home’ which is all about encouraging people to be conscious of nature, and to learn how to support wildlife in their own gardens
Greengineering

Greengineering are a Worcestershire based family cleantech business. They specialise in harvesting and re-using waste thermal energy. This means that they help people get more from the heat they’ve paid for; reducing energy usage for families and businesses. They have solutions suitable for both commercial and domestic installation, for new build and retrofit.

Worcestershire Fed of WI’s

Worcestershire WI will be promoting their environmental campaigns. 

Fareshare

FareShare West Midlands redistributes surplus food to over 150 organisations across the West Midlands that work with people in need, from families on low income and older people at risk of isolation to those affected by homelessness and mental health issues. The charities FareShare works with provide crucial support services alongside freshly cooked nutritious meals. 

Cycle Forum The Cycle Forum will be promoting cycle routes in the West Midlands.
