Democratic Process
Meetings Diary
The meetings diary gives the dates of Council, Cabinet and
committee meetings. These are open to the public except when exempt
information, such as information relating to the financial or
business affairs of a particular person, is discussed. This will be
noted on the agenda.
Meeting papers are normally available five working days before a
meeting. If you click on a meeting date, you will be able to see
the agenda and related papers that have been published for the
meeting, except for exempt information. The agenda will also tell
you where and when the meeting will be held and who to contact if
you have any questions about that meeting.
