You said...we did!

As part of our commitment to you to improve our services we will let you know how your feedback has influenced change, be it large or small.

This month we will spotlight feedback we received regarding our website:

You said.... We did...
Unable to find information on council officers. Improved our Council Departments page and linked to it from more pages.
Unable to find information on bin collections during bad weather. Included links on our homepage from features, top tasks and emergency alerts direct to a dedicated waste collection in adverse weather page.
Unable to find information on school closures and bus route disruption in snow. Put together a page dedicated to severe weather updates including links to Worcestershire County Council schools and bus information.
Unable to find refuse pages from search. Increased the number of keywords that would locate the relevant pages through the search facility and implemented a review of all pages and their keyword data.
Unable to find information on special parking arrangements online. Confirmed the arrangements with parking services and updated their web pages to show all the information available.

Customer Satisfaction at the Hub– Quarter 3 2010/11

Throughout the year, customers who use the Hub are asked to rate their satisfaction to 8 statements regarding the contact they had.  136 surveys were completed in the 3rd quarter and the results of these are as follows:
