Challenging a Penalty Charge Notice
If you would like to challenge the issuing of a Penalty Charge
Notice and feel that, due to specific circumstances, you have a
valid reason that should be taken into account, you must write
to:

Alternatively, you may hand your challenge in to any of the
Worcestershire Hub offices.
Your case will be placed on hold until a response is sent to you.
If your challenge is received within the first 14 days of receiving
the Penalty Charge Notice and is upheld, another 14 days will be
offered for you to pay the 50% discounted amount.
