Transparency
The Council is committed to values of openness
and transparency and have designed this section of the website to
pull together all of the areas which we believe will be of interest
to our residents and local businesses.
At present this section includes details of
Chief Officer pay and the expenses which are claimed by the
Councillors of Wyre Forest District Council.
In addition we have also provided an entire
listing of the individual jobs which are undertaken at the Council
which also identifies how much each of these positions are paid.
This list will be update every six months.
To ensure that we provide full details
of our costs and in addition to the Statement of Accounts
and Financial Strategy (copies available on the Council Budgets and spending page) the
Council is publishing details of all expenditure above £500. This
will enable members of the public and businesses to scrutinise the
Council's expenditure.
