Go paper-free - Get your council tax bill online.
Help us save time, paper costs and the environment by
registering for our online council tax billing service.
What is online billing?
Instead of receiving traditional paper bills you will be emailed
your bill as a PDF attachment in an email. The benefits
are:
- It saves paper, so it’s better for the
environment.
- It helps us to reduce our printing and
postage costs.
- You still have the choice to download and
print your bill yourself.
Register for online billing
Please complete the
council tax electronic registration form. You will need your
council tax account number (you will find this on the top
right-hand corner of your bill) and a valid email address.
When we receive the registration form we will send you a copy of
your last bill to confirm that the service has been started.
Your services – council tax Leaflet
If you sign up to online billing we will not send you a paper
copy of the ‘Your services’ council tax leaflet, which
is sent with your main council tax bill. This leaflet
explains how we work out the council tax charge and how we spend
the money we collect to help pay for local services.

services’
