Waste collections

There are currently no reported problems with waste collections.

Waste collections were recently affected by the recent severe weather. We are sorry for any inconvenience residents have experienced and would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during the disruptions.

Did you know we also provide recycling bags to help with additional recycling at any point in the year? These can be collected from the depot at Green Street Kidderminster (next to B&Q) or the Worcestershire Hubs at the Town Hall Kidderminster, Civic Centre Stourport on Severn or Load Street Bewdley.

When circumstances, such as the recent period of adverse weather, affect the normal collection of waste from households our Waste Management Team implement a recovery plan to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum for residents and to prioritise the collection of rubbish. Read more on the waste recovery plan.

Not sure of your bin day? Check it online.
