Building Regulation Application Types
There are four types of application of submission that can be made
depending upon the circumstances.
Building
Regualtions Application (326K)
Regularisation
Application (80K)
Electronic Submission of Plans
Electronic Payments
Building Regulation applications are subject to a Schedule of Charges
Completion Certificates
Providing that each stage of inspection has been notified to the
Council and the Building Control Surveyor is satisfied that the
work complies with the Building Regulations, a "Completion
Certificate" will be issued; this certificate is your assurance
that the work complies with the Building Regulations.
