The Councils’ Charter

The Councils’ Charter sets the framework for relationships between the three tiers of local government in Worcestershire and for working together to deliver value for money local services.

In addition to the seven Principal authorities involved, there are 151 Parish and Town Councils (Local Councils) in the county all playing a valuable role in local democracy and service provision.
