The Council has a number of offices across the district.

Opening hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

A smaller centre than Kidderminster
but able to deal with all the same services.
Cash Office opening hours: 9.00 am - 4.30 pm
Monday to Friday.
All other enquiries: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to
Friday.
The Civic Centre also houses:
Chief Executive, corporate strategy and performance, personnel
services, printing service, Councillor and committee support,
elections, land charges, legal services, register of council-owned
land, facilities management and maintenance, payroll.

enquires regarding benefits, council tax or non-domestic rates
should be addressed to one of the Worcestershire Hub centres in the first
instance. Any post for the above can be dropped off in person at
