Office Locations

The Council has a number of offices across the district.

For enquires in person please visit one of the Worcestershire Hub centres:

The first point of contact for all Council enquires.
 

Opening hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

10.00 am - 5.00pm Wednesday.


Civic Centre, Stourport-on-Severn (Worcestershire Hub)Worcestershire hub

Civic Centre, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8UJ

A smaller centre than Kidderminster but able to deal with all the same services.

Cash Office opening hours: 9.00 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.

All other enquiries: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

The Civic Centre also houses:
Chief Executive, corporate strategy and performance, personnel services, printing service, Councillor and committee support,  elections, land charges, legal services, register of council-owned land, facilities management and maintenance, payroll.

A smaller centre than Kidderminster but able to deal with the same services

Opening hours: 9.00 am - 1.00 pm Monday to Friday.

 

If you would like to discuss a service and are unable to visit one of the Worcestershire Hub centres please contact us.

If you have a comment, compliment or complaint about any Council service please let us know.

Street cleansing, MOT service, street name plates, parking services, public toilets, environmental protection, abandoned vehicles, sports and arts development, countryside and conservation, play services, museum services, community events and development, grounds care, tree maintenance, play areas, cemeteries, allotments, parks, sports pitches, partnerships, community strategy, community safety, public relations and marketing, design, data protection, freedom of information, refuse collection, recycling, vehicle fleet maintenance.

Benefits, council tax and non-domestic rates.Please note any enquires regarding benefits, council tax or non-domestic rates should be addressed to one of the Worcestershire Hub centres in the first instance. Any post for the above can be dropped off in person at one of the Worcestershire Hub centres or sent to PO Box 5202, Kidderminster, DY10 2TE.
