directory tells you where we are and the main services provided
from that location.

hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Planning and Regulatory Services
Planning policy, transport planning, development
control and enforcement, building control, conservation of
buildings, tree advice. Areas covered include:- preparation and
review of the Wyre Forest District Local Development Framework,
assessment of planning and building regulations applications,
development monitoring, conservation area designations and
character appraisals, listed building applications, dangerous
buildings and structures.
Environmental health, housing, licensing, community health,
sustainability, pollution control. Areas covered include:– food
safety, workplace health and safety, infectious disease control,
homelessness, housing waiting list, private sector housing –
unfitness, home repair assistance grants and disabled facilities
grants. Registration of houses in multiple occupation, energy
efficiency schemes, health promotion, local air quality, noise
control, public health issues, licensing taxis and general
licensing enforcement.
Economic regeneration and tourism including Tourist Information
Centres.

Corporate Accountancy including stewardship of the
Council's financial affairs, co-ordination of the budget process,
