Programme
This year we see a new national initiative
‘Sportivate’. The programme is aimed towards encouraging 16-25 year
olds to take part in a sport of their choice
for 6 weeks.
The programme targets people who are not
currently choosing to participate in sport in their own time, or
are doing so for a very limited amount of time. An important aspect
of the initiative is to provide a sustainable exit route to a local
sports club or a leisure
membership.
Swesh Fitness
Fun and energetic fitness classes will be starting throughout
April and May at Wilden Primary school. The sessions involve
boxercise and lots of body exercises to keep you fit and healthy
before the summer. Swesh fitness classes are aimed at 16-25 year
olds (£1) and over 25+ (£3).Contact Russ on 07815921523 for more

Buggy Fit
Buggyfit is the ultimate fitness class for new mums wanting to
get back in shape after their new arrival. This power walking class
with strengthening and toning exercises is proving to the the
answer to shifting postnatal weight and re-toning your body after
giving birth. For under 25's there is a small charge of £1. For 25+
the cost is £25 for the 6 weeks. Contact Katie on 07885293088 for

Football League
Kidderminster Harriers will be running a 6 week football league
for both Under 15's and Under 18's. The league will be 7-a-side
tournament. Contact Nick on 01562 863821 for more information. For
a team there is an entry cost of £10 each week. This cost has
been heavily discounted.
