Access Gold
Access Gold is a scheme run in partnership between Wyre Forest
District Council and its leisure facility management partner DC
Leisure at both Wyre
Forest Glades Leisure Centre and
Stourport Sports Centre. The scheme has been established to
support local sporting talent resident in the Wyre Forest District
Council area.
To become a member of Access Gold, individuals must be competing
at a minimum of county level in their sport and have the desire to
develop themselves within their area of expertise. The scheme
allows members free access to fitness and swimming facilities at
Wyre Forest Glades and Stourport Leisure Centre. The facilities are
used by Access Gold members to complement and support their current
training programme.

If you are eligible for the scheme, a meeting will be arranged
to discuss your needs and how you can best use the facilities to
progress. Following this, you will be put in touch with sports
centre staff who will go through your training programme and set up
your Access Gold membership. Places are limited on the scheme and
will be assessed on an individual basis.
