Virtual Art Gallery 2

These are a small selection of some of the paintings that Bewdley Museum holds in storage. Originally part of the Kidderminster Museum art collection, the paintings were transferred to Bewdley Museum in 1990. We aim to show as many of these paintings as possible through our temporary exhibitions programme.

	'St Michael's Lane, Barmouth' - by Osmund Bissell, date unknown
'Mrs Merrefield' - artist unknown Wife of William Merrefield who was born in 1797. William Merrefield was the first police Superintendent of the Borough of Kidderminster in 1835.
