Our resident crafts people welcome you to explore their studios.
You can see a great variety of work, from stained glass to creative
sculpture.

Roslyn Zalin BA, ARBSA
 |
Roslyn specialises in various forms of printing including
batik. She is also a painter in all media, but concentrates
particularly on pastel and charcoal to produce fresh, dynamic and
colourful work.
She runs activities for children in lino printing, collage, batik
and hat making. For adults she offers workshops in making hand
painted and batik textiles, including scarves and bags.

Julie Reen

Julie is a local designer with over 15 years experience of
producing fine jewellery. She specialises in bespoke pieces that
reflect the individual, every piece commissioned is unique and
personal with a story to tell. Julie works with a variety of
precious metals and stones

Shirleyann Carey
 |
Shirleyann Creates sculptures from recycled materials which are
fused together with environmentally friendly products. She also
produces ceramic caricatures of people from photographs. |
Chris Connor
 |
Chris is a ceramicist and potter who specialises in making
household wares. He enjoys the process of seeing a pot take shape
from a handful of clay and encourages the public to come and share
the experience. |
Eric Lyons
 |
Eric has fifty years experience in the wood finishing business
specialising in French polishing and restoration.
Eric still has great enthusiasm for his craft and enjoys passing on
his skills. He offers both group and one to one tuition.

Lionel Gee
 |
Lionel is an experienced joiner and cabinet maker. He
specialises in the use of traditional tools and methods in creating
his unique furniture.
He has a wide collection of traditional joinery tools and works
with different types of wood, many of which are locally
sourced. |
Willie Wilson
 |
Willie produces stained glass work of a high quality and enjoys
experimenting with different designs and colours.
His work includes contemporary decorative pieces, specially
commissioned bespoke designs and repairs to existing stained glass
work. |
Hilary Baker
 |
Hilary is an established artist and image-maker, she
specialises in the depiction of the human form in a range of
media.
Hilary believes that everyone has the ability to be creative. Her
workshops provide a unique opportunity for people of all ages and
abilities to explore methods in painting, |
