Project Meetings
'Being different together' involves all six districts and the
county council working together. This means that there are
both officers and councillors involved from each organisation.
The Project Management Team consists of equality and diversity
officers who are responsible for delivering the project and
carrying out the various work areas involved.
The Project Steering Group consists of councillors and senior
officers from each authority who are there to ensure the project
stays on track and provide visible leadership and commitment.
The
West
Midlands Regional Improvement and Efficiency
Partnership (WM RIEP) is the project sponsor and sits
on both of the project groups to provide support and guidance.
