Land Charges
The Local Land Charges Section
maintains the statutory Local Land Charges Register and collates
information to enable completion of a Local Authority Search
document.
A Search document is designed to protect potential purchasers of
property and land by letting them know if there are any agreements
and/or restrictions which might affect their decision to go ahead
with a purchase.
