Housing Strategy
As well as overseeing the work done by
Community Housing, the Housing Strategy team work with partner
organisations to help provide affordable housing, both rented and
shared ownership for people in housing need.

The team hold regular
forums and produce a newsletter for private sector landlords.

Strategy covers the period 2011 to 2016 and takes a concerted and
more integrated countywide approach for the development and
delivery of our housing services.
