Wyre Forest District Council, through its agent
The Community Housing Group, manages a waiting list for
applicants who are seeking rented housing or low cost home
ownership. The Register is the primary route into social housing
managed by locally operating Registered Social Landlords in Wyre
Forest.
The principle objective of the Council’s Housing Register is to
allocate appropriate housing to those applicants in highest need.
It also aims to make the most effective use of housing stock and to
maintain sustainable local communities.
