This section of our website provides information about our role in safeguarding public health and how we support everyone within our district community to be as healthy as they can be.

NHS Worcestershire is responsible for:

  • maintaining and improving the health of the local population;
  • commissioning primary, secondary and tertiary services;
  • developing primary care; and
  • providing community and other health services.
