Misuse of Motorcycles
As a rider of a bike in a park, public place or on open land
you could commit one of a number of serious offences which could
lead you to having your bike taken off you, your licence removed
for a year and a large fine.
You may also commit other offences for causing harassment alarm or
distress under the Public Order Act.
Even if you believe you have the landowner's permission, you and
the landowner could face legal action.
The consequences of your actions are:
- Large fine/imprisonment
- Loss of motorcycle
- Loss of licence
- Injury to yourself or others
- Unlimited civil claim

colour/make of motorcycle
- Give time, date and location that this problem took
place
