Dangerous Structures and Public Safety
Wyre Forest District Council Building Control are empowered to
act, in the interest of health and safety, where it appears that
buildings or structures are in a dangerous
condition.
If you are the owner of the property causing concern, you are
expected to arrange for the removal of the danger.
Where Building Control Surveyors consider the conditions warrant
emergency measures the officer has the power to authorise immediate
remedial work.
