Sizzling Summer Fun at Bewdley Museum
Bewdley Museum has launched a fun packed
programme of events, activities and workshops for the summer
holiday season. Crafts and art workshops, walks, theatre, story
telling and family fun days are all on the
programme.
Ruth Finney Museum Development officer
said,
“We have the busiest summer programme ever,
put together with activities every day in the school holidays. Some
of the activities need booking in advance so make sure you book
early to save disappointment. The programme can be found on the
Museum’s website or call into Bewdley Tourist information Centre to
pick a brochure.
Bewdley Museum has launched a fun packed

This popular museum, run by Wyre Forest
District Council has already attracted over 49,300 visitors since
it opened for the new season in April. Entry is free of charge and
the range of activities on offer attracts regular locals as well as
new visitors.

said,
“People enjoy the museum for all sorts of
reasons. There are lovely gardens including the newly launched
orchard, a wide variety of ever changing exhibitions and lots of
hands on activities for all ages. The café serves welcome
refreshments in a delightful courtyard setting. We’re really
pleased with the new summer programme which offers great family
days out without breaking the bank!”
