Licensing Act 2003 – Statement of Licensing
Policy for the Wyre Forest District.
The Licensing Policy Statement is in draft for the Wyre Forest
District in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of the
Licensing Act 2003.
The policy is due for renewal from the 7th
January 2011 and you are invited to comment on its content.
The Licensing Authority may then tailor, amend and augment it
according to local considerations and needs.

The headings are largely based on Chapter 13
of the Guidance issued by the Secretary of State under Section 182
of the Licensing Act 2003.
