bill. This table explains the reasons:

If your bill shows that an exemption has been given
you must tell us, within 21 days, of any change in circumstances which affects your
entitlement to the exemption, or you may face a
penalty.
You can download an application form to apply for an
exemption. Please note that you will need to provide proofs with
the form. For most of the exemptions a change of circumstances form
will need to be completed, please detail:
- If the property is occupied or not.
- Who lives there if it is or why no one lives there if
not.
- Any relevant dates.
- Contact details for letters/email/phone calls to be
directed to.
