The Bulky Household Waste Collection Service is provided as two main services, "General" and "Special" Collections.
Bulky Waste - General Collection Service
For general non-domestic waste we can offer customers a removal service for certain bulky items. This will be classed as larger domestic household items, furniture and white goods, along with a lightweight quantity of bagged garden waste - grass cuttings/shrubs etc.Charges
- Minimum charge £13.00 for three items (a three-piece suite is classed as three items).
- Additional items charged at £3.00 per item.
- Special concessions for households receiving 100% Council Tax Benefit (not including Wyre Forest Community Housing tenants as this service is already provided).
- Special concessions are entitled to a maximum of two free collections during any 12 month period or six items in total.

For customers requiring a more detailed or special service for larger or more difficult items, please contact our Customer Services Team. There are certain items that cannot be collected and our Team will be able to advise you accordingly.Charges

You can take your household rubbish or items to a civic amenity site.These are located at:

We will...- Provide employees who are friendly, properly trained and courteous at all times.
- Aim to collect all items of bulky waste within 10 working days of request.
- Aim to achieve the highest standards of Customer Service. All requests for bulky waste services will be dealt with by our Customer Services Team who will also advise you of our current collection schedules.

- Please ensure when you contact us, you have a clear list of items for collection. Please note that our Bulky Waste Team will only take the items that have been listed and are only able to spend a short time at each collection address.
