Why has my bin/recycling box not been emptied today?
If your bin/box was out before 7.00 am (unless previously notified) and there was no obstruction or access problem for the dustbin wagon, then we will arrange for your bin to be emptied. Report it using our domestic refuse collection form

My bin/box is missing/damaged - how can I request a new one?
If you have previously had a bin/box at your property but it is now missing or damaged, you can request one by contacting Customer Services on 01562 732928. There is no charge for this service.

How can I request a pull out and return service?
If you have difficulty taking your bin/boxes to the kerb side, then we can arrange for the crews to pull your bin/boxes out and return them back to their location. In order to receive this service you will be assessed by our Customer Services Staff to the extent of your difficulty. Tel: 01562 732928.

What can I do with my garden waste?
Garden waste can be used for composting. If you have to dispose of garden waste then you can put this in your wheelie bin as long as this does not get too heavy. If you have a sack collection then you can put your garden waste in refuse sacks but please make sure these are not too heavy or they may not be collected.

Will my bin/boxes be emptied on Bank Holidays?
Your bins will be collected as normal on bank holidays with the exception of the christmas holiday period. A schedule for collections over this period will be available nearer the time.
