Chairman
Councillor Stephen Williams, Ward Member for Blakedown & Chaddesley, was elected as the new Chairman of Wyre Forest District Council in May 2008. Councillor Williams has been a District Councillor since February 1999 and has just finished a period of 4 years as Chairman of the Planning (Development Control) Committee.He has lived in the village of Chaddesley Corbett for over 60 years, is a member of Chaddesley Corbett Parish Council and chairs various charity organisations within this parish.
Councillor Williams has been a member of St. Cassian’s Church choir for over 49 years.
He is employed as a Health and Safety Officer within the carpet industry.

The Vice-Chairman of Wyre Forest District Council is Councillor Michael Salter, Ward Member for Mitton.
