Your Views Matter!

How do we know we are providing a good service if we don't ask for feedback?

Wyre Forest District Council makes it a priority to listen to the views of its communities and partners. This helps us to improve our performance in responding to their needs and interests.

This area of the website helps you to let us know what you think about our services and helps us to collect your views on current issues.

'Ask Me' - Consultation Finder and Results

Wyre Forest District Council has teamed up with Worcestershire County Council to help you find out what public consultation is being planned in Worcestershire. It also gives information about what has been learned from previous consultation and what happened as a result. Go to the 'Ask Me' consultation planner

The Citizens' Panel

The Citizens' Panel consists of approximately 350 local people from all sectors of our community who have agreed to be consulted on a regular basis. They have offered to give their views about the services they receive from the Council and what they would like to see changed to improve the quality of life in the district.

Each year, panel members are asked to complete a maximum of four surveys and are invited to take part in up to four focus group sessions. The present members have volunteered to join the panel for the period 2007 to 2010. To find out more about the work of the citizens' panel, read the frequently asked questions.
To ensure that the panel is representative of the Wyre Forest district population in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, disability and geographical location, new panel members are always welcome. If you would like to get involved, email the Media and Marketing Officer or ring 01562 732745.
