Business Grants and Funding availability:- Empty Shops Grant
Wyre Forest District Council offers a grant of up to £4,000 to be used for the improvement of vacant retail premises, subject to terms and conditions.
These grants are only available in the following areas of the District's Town Centres:
Kidderminster: Worcester Street, Coventry Street and Blackwell Street (within the ring road)
Stourport-on-Severn: Lombard Street

Disabled Facilities Grants
If you or someone living with you in your property is disabled then you may qualify for a disabled facilities grant (DFG), towards the cost of providing adaptations and facilities to enable a disabled person to remain living independently in their own home.

Leisure Grants
The Wyre Forest District Council 'Xpression' Leisure Grant Scheme is designed to open up new opportunities for groups or individuals who are taking part in arts, sports, environmental and heritage activities. The scheme, which incorporates the Ray Mercer Sporting Foundation awards, is intended to support small, local projects and people in achieving their potential. Individuals may apply for a maximum of £400 and groups/clubs, up to £1,000.
