waiting list, private sector housing – unfitness, home repair assistance grants and disabled facilities grants. Registration
of houses in multiple occupation, energy efficiency schemes, health promotion, local air quality, noise control, public health
issues, licensing taxis and general licensing enforcement.
Economic regeneration and tourism including Tourist
Information Centres.
Corporate Accountancy including stewardship of the Council's financial affairs, co-ordination
of the budget process, production of Annual Accounts and payment of invoices. Audit, procurement and risk management. Concessionary
travel including bus permits and travel tokens.
Information and Communications Technology.
